How to regularize period in women Part 2

Many women  face common problem is irregular periods Due to their stress,workload,tension in the mechanical life,in the modern world.

Causes

Stress,tension,hormonal imbalance,irregular diet,smoking,caffeine,cyst,fibroid,around the ovary is major cause of the irregular periods.

Home remedies

  1. Consume allover juice
  2. Drink plenty of water.
  3. Eat raw carrot  daily.
  4. Drink Beetroot juice daily
  5. Intake of  ginger added with sugar is very useful.
  6. Have a deep sleep at least 7 hrs
  7. Reduce the weight by using regular exercise 

  Treatment for irregular periods

Heavy bleeding ark leafy greens;Egg yolk,dried fruits are iron rich foods can help to prevent from anemia that relate to heavy periods.Premenstrual women intake estrogen rich food such as rice,cherries,yams.Fresh fish contain omega-3 fatty acids  improves health.Dark chocolate induce endocrine gland,and also improves mood.
