  Smoking is very dangerous habit among in human beings.People who smoke they know it cause side effects in our body.Although some people have the habit of chain smoking.This is very danger to the lungs.
  According to World Health Organisation (WHO) estimates that tobacco caused 5.4 million deaths in 2004. and 100 million deaths over the course of the 20th century. Several countries have taken measures to control the consumption of tobacco with usage and sales restrictions as well as warning messages printed on packaging
.
Smoke contains several carcinogenic paralytic products that bind to DNA and cause many genetic mutations. There are 45 known or suspected chemical carcinogens in cigarette smoke.There are Carbon monoxide,Tar,Ammonia,Hydrogen cyanide,Metals,Radioactive compounds.
.Tobacco also contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive psychoactive drug. When tobacco is smoked, nicotine causes physical and psychological changes. Tobacco use is a significant factor in miscarriages among pregnant smokers, and it contributes to a number of other threats to the health of the fetes such as premature births and low weight

Short term effects of smoking

  •  It  blocks the airways of lungs.
  • It increase the heart rate of the body.
  • It elevates the blood pressure
  • Carbon monoxide in tobacco destroy smokers body and much needed oxygen 

                            Harmful effect of Smoking

    1. Tobacco smoke also cause a number of cancers
    2. The mixture of nicotine and carbon monoxide in each cigarette smoke temporarily increases heart rate and blood pressure.
    This can cause heart attacks and stroke. It slows your blood flow, reduce oxygen
    1. Tar binds the lungs like soot in a chimney and causes cancer.  20 day smoker breathes in up to a full cup (210 g) of tar in a year.
    2. Changing to low-tar cigarettes does not help because smokers usually take deeper puffs and hold the smoke in for longer, dragging the tar deeper into their lungs.
    3. Carbon monoxide robs muscles, brain and body tissue of oxygen, making whole body and especially your heart work harder. Over time, your airways swell up and let less air into your lungs.
    4. Smoking causes disease and is a slow way to die.
    5. Emphysema for example is an illness that slowly rots  lungs. People with emphysema often get bronchitis again and again, and suffer lung and heart failure.
    6. Lung cancer from smoking is caused by the tar in tobacco smoke.
    7. Heart disease and strokes are also more common among smokers than non-smokers.
    8. Smoking causes fat deposits to narrow and block blood vessels which leads to heart attack.
    9. Smoking causes around one in five deaths from heart disease.
    10. In younger people, three out of four deaths from heart disease are due to smoking
    11. Cigarette smoking during pregnancy increases the risk of low birth weight, prematurity, spontaneous abortion, and perinatal mortality in humans, which has been referred to as the fetal tobacco syndrome.

Walking is one of the easiest way to stay fit..In the busy world we have no time to spent physical attitudes.At least 15 min a day we spent for walk for healthy life. This form of aerobic fitness can lift your mood, make you physically fit, and improve the quality of your life.
Overweight and obesity are becoming more and more serious problems in people without walking. This single decline element in physical activity day-to-day life requires, combined with excessive food consumption is a dangerous combination.In every individual must have a habit of walk.It gives a lots of benefit to the man's health."Walking is man's best medicine,"

Although regular, exercise can reduce the risk of developing coronary heart diseases, it cannot provide immunity. So many other factors have to be considered. And another way in which you can help yourself is by having a healthy and balanced diet.

People those who have smoking habit is not good for health.  Although walking does not actually stop people from smoking, the regular routine of walking can be applied as a positive habit to replace the negative habit of smoking.
. Smoking causes feelings of fatigue because it affects the delivery of oxygen to the cells of all the body's organs, destroys vitamin c in the body, impairing the immune system and increases the amount of carbon monoxide in the bloodstream, leading to heart and lung disorders and cancer.

 Several body changes occur in  pregnancy.Regular walking can benefit  in many ways. It can reduce fatigue and related pains, help lose weight easily, and lower risks of gestational diabetes. Walking can also prevent spontaneous abortions by lowering down the hormonal fluctuations which cause uterine contractions.It also helps the normal delivery.

Walking stimulates the blood flow, and provides oxygen to the brain. This leads to improved functioning of the brain and better ability to recall.

Regular walking can reduce high blood pressure  by improving the circulation. It has been shown that blood pressure can be reduced by weight loss. Regular walking combined with a low fat, high fiber-diet is an excellent form of weight control. There are other ways  to reduce high blood pressure:-
  • Do not smoke.
  • Decrease your intake of alcohol and caffeine.
  • And make sure your diet is low in salt, sugar and fat.

WALKING AND CHOLESTEROL

Cholesterol is present not only in the blood stream but in all of the body's tissues. Most of the cholesterol in the blood stream is made in the body, but some foods which we contain cholesterol.It also helps to reduce cholestrol.
Cholesterol is transported in the blood by lipoproteins. There are two types of lipoproteins - High density (HDLs) and Low density (LDLs). HDLs are sometimes called "good" and LDLs "bad" cholesterol. The higher your HDL level the lower the risk of heart disease.

Stress can also affect your cholesterol levels. Regular walking can increase the levels of "good" cholesterol in the blood, reducing chances of a heart attack. So try to avoid stress - and relax. Go for a walk.

Children's very much  like pa rota.But parrota is not good for health.Healthy grain wheat at ta is yellow in colour.It is turn to white by adding Bensayl peroxide,that's called Maida.This chemical is used for hair dye purpose.This is add to protein in at ta which leads to cause Diabetics.Also Allocsan is the chemical is add to soften this at ta.chemical colours,Mineral oil, Taste makers,Preservatives,Aginomotto, Sugars are also add to it.Allocsan is used in laboratory mouse for lead to diabetic check,.So it have a chance to lead diabetic in human.Pa rota is not easily digest.It did not have fibre content. Strictly avoid the foods are made by maida because it leads to Kidney stone,Heart diseases.So try to control to eat Maida making products.

Depression after Retirement

Depression is described as "a mental illness is characterized by feelings of sadness and lack of interest in enjoyable activities.  It is a persistent low mood that interferes with the ability to function and appreciate things in life. It may cause a wide range of symptoms, both physical and emotional. It can last for weeks, months, or years. People with depression rarely recover without treatment." 

 We all look forward to retirement.Idea of retiring brings in a sense of doom and has a finality to it. Individuals who have taken immense pleasure in doing their jobs, often find themselves lost after retirement. They feel  helpless, for not having anything to keep themselves busy. They can do other things to keep themselves busy.Once a person is faced depression , it becomes quite difficult to show any interest in performing daily activities. These people realize that they were good at their jobs, they were efficient and were appreciated.  The honest truth is that, once you have retired, accept it gracefully and be grateful for the opportunities you received for proving your caliber. It can be harder on those individuals who spent a majority of their lives in working.Finally as a result it avoid personal relationships at home and with other family members and friends. Such people find themselves lost and lonely, because they fear it's too late to make amends or rekindle fond relationships.

Reasons for depression

Depression can be rooted in a chemical imbalance of the brain but is often environmental. It's normal and natural to be depressed after the death of a loved one,like our mother.We all know mother is how much important in our life.Its a great thing gift by god. Medication is not always necessary for this kind of depression because it's perfectly normal.  Talk therapy, emotional support, a good diet and exercise routine is the way of reducing depression.
Sugars, caffeine and trans fats should be avoided or used in great moderation. Daily sunshine can also help with mood and physical exercise is important.

Prevent depression 

  • Lead a balanced lifestyle and cultivate interests outside of work.
  • Plan ahead before retirement what we can do after that.with your time.
  • Prevent loneliness by busy our self to work for friends,family members.
  • Don't get angry,emotional for bad things we faced in our life.

Diagnose when our self can be depressed

  • Always sad, empty mood.
  • Feelings of hopelessness.
  • Loss of  interest in ordinary activities.
  • Problems with sleep (sleeping too much or too little)
  • Loss of appetite.
  • Decreased energy
  • Irritation for all things.
  • Difficulty concentrating, remembering or making decisions.
  • Thoughts of death or suicide.
 There is no solution for depression without changing our lifestyle by environmental circumstances.Each and every problem has a solution in our life.So don't take decision like suicide for any situation.
