Broiler chicken is not good for health for following reasons:

1. They eat harmful chemicals in order to get ready for maximum meat production and gain fat.

2. Due to chemicals and injections they face, they grow 3 times faster that the normal chicken. They have growth hormones related problems, which can affect us as well.

3. The bones of broiler chickens are weak as well due to improper growth. Also they lack proper nutrition as they are stuffed with chemicals and medications.
4. A serving of chicken contains just as much cholesterol as red meat. And eggs contain three times that. Cholesterol is linked to clogged arteries and heart disease.
5. Grilled chicken—a popular alternative to fried—commonly contains PhIP (2-Amino-1-methyl-6-phenylimidazo[4,5-b]pyridine), which may contribute to the development of certain types of cancers including breast and prostate.
6. A common industry practice involves feeding chickens arsenic in order to make them grow faster. It’s highly toxic to humans and can cause cancer, dementia, neurological problems, and other ailments.

7. HCAs (heterocyclic amines) are found in meats cooked at high temperature, including chicken, and have been linked to an increased risk of cancer.
8. A Consumer Reports analysis found that 83 percent of fresh, whole broiler chickens purchased across the US had high levels of campylobacter or salmonella. Campylobacter is the leading cause of food poisoning in the U.S.
9. Detectable levels of E. coli were discovered in as much as 65 percent of broiler chickens in a USDA study. This comes from fecal contamination during processing, making organic chickens also at risk as well as the more common conventionally raised chickens. According to Consumer Reports, more than 1 million Americans become ill each year as a result of undercooked chicken.
10. Avian flu may have dropped out of the mainstream media’s attention, but it’s still a very serious illness that is transmitted through poultry. The mutating nature of the disease means more cases of pneumonia, multiple organ failure and death are likely as a result of too many chickens living in crowded and unsanitary conditions where the disease spreads.
11. With more than 9 billion chickens raised for food in the U.S. every year, the environmental impact is nothing short of astonishing. Highly toxic animal waste ruins land, seeps into and contaminates water, makes air un-breathable and devastates a tremendous amount of dwindling resources, all of which take a toll not just on chicken eaters, but everyone else on the planet.

Rheumatoid factor (RF) is the auto antibody that means, antibody directed against an organism's own tissues. It is most relevant in rheumatoid arthritis. It is defined as an antibody against the Fc portion of Ig G. RF and Ig G join to form immune complexes that contribute to the disease process. Antibodies are normally present in our body. It plays important role in our immune system. This RF factor is not present in the normal individual.

Rheumatoid factor can also be a cryo globulin (antibody that precipitates on cooling of a blood sample); it can be either type 2 (monoclonal IgM to polyclonal IgG) or type 3 (polyclonal IgM to polyclonal IgG) .
Rheumatoid factor can be of any isotype of immuno globulins, i.e. IgA, IgG, IgM,[2] IgE
The presence of rheumatoid factor in serum can also indicate the occurrence of suspected autoimmune activity unrelated to rheumatoid arthritis, such as that associated with tissue or organ rejection. In such instances, RF may serve as one of several serological markers for autoimmunity.

Rheumatoid factor test

Rheumatoid factor is commonly used as a blood test for the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid factor is present in about 80% of adults (but a much lower proportion of children) with rheumatoid arthritis.

Can rheumatoid factor be present in a patient without rheumatoid arthritis?

Yes. Rheumatoid factor is also present in patients with other conditions, including other connective tissue diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus), some infectious diseases (such as infectious hepatitis, syphilis, infectious mononucleosis, parasites, and tuberculosis), liver disease, and sarcoidosis. Rheumatoid factor can also sometimes be present in normal individuals without diseases. This occurs more frequently in people with family members who have rheumatoid arthritis.

Results

High levels of rheumatoid factor (in general, above 20 IU/mL, 1:40, or over the 95th percentile; there is some variation among labs) occur in rheumatoid arthritis .The higher the level of RF have the probability of destructive articular disease. It is also found in Epstein-Barr virus or Parvo virus infection and in 5-10% of healthy persons, especially the elderly.
Rheumatoid factor may also be elevated in: chronic hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, any chronic viral infection, bacterial endocarditis, leukemia, dermatomyositis, infectious mononucleosis, systemic sclerosis, and systemic lupus erythematosus.

  Smoking is very dangerous habit among in human beings.People who smoke they know it cause side effects in our body.Although some people have the habit of chain smoking.This is very danger to the lungs.
  According to World Health Organisation (WHO) estimates that tobacco caused 5.4 million deaths in 2004. and 100 million deaths over the course of the 20th century. Several countries have taken measures to control the consumption of tobacco with usage and sales restrictions as well as warning messages printed on packaging
.
Smoke contains several carcinogenic paralytic products that bind to DNA and cause many genetic mutations. There are 45 known or suspected chemical carcinogens in cigarette smoke.There are Carbon monoxide,Tar,Ammonia,Hydrogen cyanide,Metals,Radioactive compounds.
.Tobacco also contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive psychoactive drug. When tobacco is smoked, nicotine causes physical and psychological changes. Tobacco use is a significant factor in miscarriages among pregnant smokers, and it contributes to a number of other threats to the health of the fetes such as premature births and low weight

Short term effects of smoking

  •  It  blocks the airways of lungs.
  • It increase the heart rate of the body.
  • It elevates the blood pressure
  • Carbon monoxide in tobacco destroy smokers body and much needed oxygen 

                            Harmful effect of Smoking

    1. Tobacco smoke also cause a number of cancers
    2. The mixture of nicotine and carbon monoxide in each cigarette smoke temporarily increases heart rate and blood pressure.
    This can cause heart attacks and stroke. It slows your blood flow, reduce oxygen
    1. Tar binds the lungs like soot in a chimney and causes cancer.  20 day smoker breathes in up to a full cup (210 g) of tar in a year.
    2. Changing to low-tar cigarettes does not help because smokers usually take deeper puffs and hold the smoke in for longer, dragging the tar deeper into their lungs.
    3. Carbon monoxide robs muscles, brain and body tissue of oxygen, making whole body and especially your heart work harder. Over time, your airways swell up and let less air into your lungs.
    4. Smoking causes disease and is a slow way to die.
    5. Emphysema for example is an illness that slowly rots  lungs. People with emphysema often get bronchitis again and again, and suffer lung and heart failure.
    6. Lung cancer from smoking is caused by the tar in tobacco smoke.
    7. Heart disease and strokes are also more common among smokers than non-smokers.
    8. Smoking causes fat deposits to narrow and block blood vessels which leads to heart attack.
    9. Smoking causes around one in five deaths from heart disease.
    10. In younger people, three out of four deaths from heart disease are due to smoking
    11. Cigarette smoking during pregnancy increases the risk of low birth weight, prematurity, spontaneous abortion, and perinatal mortality in humans, which has been referred to as the fetal tobacco syndrome.
